Right to Limit Sensitive Info: You can direct us to use your SSN or Driver’s License only for the specific purpose of the car deal and nothing else.
Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: While we do not sell data for money, you can opt-out of "sharing" your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)
We may use automated tools to assist in credit pre-qualification.
Logic: These tools compare your provided income and credit data against lender requirements.
Your Right: You have the right to opt-out of automated profiling and request a manual review by our team.
5. Security & Third-Party Sharing
We use industry-standard encryption and firewalls. We share your data with:
Lenders & Dealerships: Only to secure the vehicle/financing you requested.
Credit Bureaus: Only when you explicitly authorize a credit check.
Service Providers: CRM and SMS platforms (contractually bound to protect your data).
