Welcome to Angie Auto Broker. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. We are a licensed California Motor Vehicle Dealer with an Autobroker Endorsement (License #[Your License Number]).

1. Description of Services

We provide two distinct services:

  • Retail Sales: Selling vehicles that we own in our inventory (often sourced via auctions).

  • Brokering Services: Arranging and negotiating the purchase or lease of a vehicle owned by another dealership for a fee.

2. Brokerage Disclosures (CVC §11735-11738)

When acting as your broker, the following California legal protections apply:

  • Written Agreement: We will not provide brokerage services without a signed Written Brokering Agreement that outlines the specific vehicle, price, and our fee.

  • Deposit Limit: We cannot accept a purchase deposit exceeding 2.5% of the vehicle’s selling price.

  • Trust Accounts: Any purchase money or deposits received will be held in a federally insured trust account.

  • Refund Policy: You are entitled to a full refund of any brokerage fee or deposit if we fail to obtain the vehicle described in your agreement or if the final price exceeds the agreed amount.

3. Total Price & Transparency (2026 CARS Act)

In compliance with the California Combating Auto Retail Scams (CARS) Act:

  • Advertised Price: Any price quoted for a specific vehicle is the "Total Price." This includes all dealer-added accessories and fees, excluding only government taxes, title, and registration fees.

  • Optional Add-ons: Products such as GAP insurance or service contracts are voluntary. We will never require the purchase of an add-on as a condition for a vehicle sale or financing.

  • No Junk Fees: We do not charge for products or services that provide no measurable benefit to the consumer.

4. Used Vehicle "3-Day Right to Cancel"

For used vehicles sold by us for $50,000 or less, you have a statutory 3-day right to cancel the purchase.

  • The vehicle must be returned within 3 days in the same condition as delivered.

  • A restocking fee may apply (capped at 1.5% of the vehicle price or $600).

  • Mileage is limited to 400 miles during this period.

5. Credit Applications & Financing

If you submit a credit application through our site:

  • You authorize us to share your information with our network of lenders and selling dealers.

  • You will receive a written Credit Score Disclosure as required by California law.

  • All financing terms are subject to final lender approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, all vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change until a final contract is signed. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or vehicle descriptions.
